In order to express and depict our intent for the future, we must take a glimpse at the past. Here is a look at the several stages prior to the final creation of Digital Matrix Communications.
Our original brain child was spawned into the establishment of Yosoome Incorporated. During this stage we made a lot of mistake and errors which allowed gain a better understanding for all the ground work that is needed for success. Our fervor for success was natured during this time period through trial and error that ended as failures. However, due to the complexity and peculiarity of the name, our superiors deemed it unacceptable because it didn’t coincide with the parameters of our agenda, so we dismantled.

After the separation of the Yosoome project, we recollected ourselves and made great strides to get back onto the right track with nothing but positive aspirations. With a new and revitalized motive, our enthusiasms lead to the emergence of the short lived objective of “SPA” or Simplistic and Practical Applications. This concept so simple grew to be the foundation of what Digital Matrix is today. However, still young and indecisive, Internal conflicts lead to major discrepancies in what we where about and what our company’s agenda really was. These frictions lead to two different entities which ultimately did not work.

With 2 failures behind us we became even more determine to accomplish what we set out to do from the start. We as a company some what evolved from our past into what we are today. The principles that defined SPA and Yosoome where merged into one objective an now it the basis for our organization. The past served as stepping stones and that allowed us to reach the level of maturity and professionalism that defines Digital Matrix Communications. Our main goal is to continue to learn from the steps taken before us so we can tackle whatever obstacles that may come ahead of us
