The library is located on the main level and its facilities are open to all students. Students may came to the library during study periods to do research work, obtain book report material or to do free reading.

The student is to report from his/her previous class to the library. It is not necessary for students as signed to study Hall to report there before going to the library, since a list of manes is sent to the Study Hall each period during the school day.

Students must remain in the library during the entire period.

Books may be borrowed for three weeks. Magazines and pamphlets also may be borrowed for three weeks. The student must present the borrowed material at the time of renewal. borrowed reading material must be signed out at the desk during the library period. Students are urged to observe the date for return of books as indicated. Lost books must be paid for.

Although access to the collection is available on Bibliomation, a traditional card catalog does exist. The computer area houses 22 IBM compatible computers, all of which have the capability for Internet. These computers have the ability to be used alone as stand-alone stations for a variety of software.

Classes to instruct students on the use of the catalog and on research material are held for all classes during the year.

Since the library is intended for the purpose of reading and serious study, quiet must be observed at all times.
