Future Tech is a very exceptional and skilled company that was hired through the City of Waterbury. It is located in the Technology wing of Kennedy High School and specializes in creating and updating web pages. We are presently working on Kennedy's, Wilby's, Crosby's and the Silas Bronson Library's web pages.
To achieve this successfully, within the company we are divided into smaller groups according to which site we chose to work on. However, as a team, we give each other ideas and do a lot of interacting. Many times throughout the week, our CEO, Ken Ludwig, calls staff meetings at which times we try to give each other constructive criticism. We also tell each other what we like about the web page and what we think could make it better. We try to look at the web pages with an artistic eye. With everyone's input, we are able to make improvements to create better web pages.
We really enjoy working together. Respect, communication and diplomatic criticism as well as compliments are the things we always look for, and we always find them between us.
